TYTEX GROUP strengthens its management with the announcement of five Vice Presidents with global responsibilities effective 1 April 2005.
TYTEX GROUP announces its new Global Leadership structure with the appointment of the following five Vice Presidents.
Carsten Madsen, Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing
Mr. Madsen will manage sales & marketing activities globally. He will be responsible for sales & marketing activities in TYTEX A/S and TYTEX, Inc.
Bettina Balslev Sørensen, Vice President of Global Research & Development
Ms. Sørensen will manage R&D globally. She will have responsibilities for all R&D activities in TYTEX GROUP.
Michael Travers, Vice President of Global Operations
Mr. Travers will be responsible for all production activities in TYTEX GROUP. He will also be responsible for our production’s technical department as well as global purchasing.
Lars Jakob Rasmussen, Vice President of Global Business Services
Mr. Rasmussen will have responsibilities in all activities within TYTEX GROUP in IT, Supply-Chain-Management and concept/model development.
Jens-Jørgen Zinck, Vice President of Global Finance
Mr. Zinck will be responsible for reporting on all financial activities and will function as internal comptroller as well.
This new global structure will enable TYTEX GROUP to make important decisions in a timely manner, especially in situations where it will make a great difference in future results.
