Change of leadership in Tytex Group
The Board of Directors of Tytex A/S and Per Gernow have mutually agreed that Per Gernow will be resigning from his position as Managing Director of Tytex Group. The resignation will take effect as of September 1st 2006.
The acquisition of Tytex Group by Jacob Holm & Sons STA A/S in July this year has led to a significant change of the circumstances which applied when Per Gernow was appointed Managing Director earlier in the year. This is the reason why both parties have agreed that a future cooperation will not be the right solution for Per Gernow and Tytex Group.

The Global Leadership Team (GLT) of Tytex Group will be assuming the daily responsibility for leading the business activities of Tytex until a replacement has been identified.
