Jacob Holm & Sons STA switches to Vernal AG  (25 June 2007)
The holding company Jacob Holm & Sons STA is known in the market through its current subsidiaries Norafin, manufacturer of technical and specialty nonwovens, and TYTEX, producer of medical textiles for global healthcare solutions.

Danish investment company LD Equity increased its shareholding of Jacob Holm & Sons STA from 60% to 100% last March taking over Jacob Holm’s special and technical business division.

The holding company is renamed to Vernal AG, but the offices and business contacts remain the same.
