The world's largest medical fair with more than over 4,000 exhibitors repeated the success from previous years and attracted vast numbers of visitors. Most visitors represented the specialist world of doctors' surgeries, clinics, laboratories, the trade and industry. During the four days of the fair, the event attracted approx. 137,000 trade visitors from around 100 countries compared to 134,500 visitors in 2006 despite considerable disruption caused by the nationwide rail strike. No doubt MEDICA has a highly significant international status.

TYTEX' stand was also well visited by both potential and existing customers. We presented a completely new stand layout with a clearer division of our brands which was positively received by our visitors and really gave our products credit.

To show that we are sincere about our company philosophy "Making healthcare more human", we relaunched last year's initiative of letting our invited customers donate a cheque paid by TYTEX Group to either Save the Children or Doctors without Borders which gave us positive feedback this year too. We are happy to be able to donate DKK 5,000 to each of the organisations in result.
